  • I follow a strict data protection process called Triple Threat, which includes secure offline backups, real-time redundancy, and full data disposal after service. You’ll also receive documentation and, if you choose, a recording of the repair process for full transparency.

  • Yes! I provide free pickup and drop-off within a 20-mile radius of San Diego for all services.

  • Absolutely. I have over two years of professional experience at Geek Squad, and I’m CompTIA A+ Certified and an Apple Certified Technician. My work is always documented, and you’re welcome to review it afterward.

  • I work on Windows PCs, macOS devices, and laptops from all major manufacturers. I do not currently offer hardware-level repairs such as screen replacements.

  • All backup data is securely wiped from my systems after the job is completed and your device is returned — no exceptions.

  • Basic diagnostics are free with all repair services. If you choose not to proceed with the repair, a small fee may apply to cover time and testing.

  • Most repairs are completed within 24–72 hours, depending on the complexity and whether parts need to be ordered. I’ll give you an estimated timeline up front.

  • With your permission, I can record the entire repair session and share it with you afterward — for peace of mind and full transparency.

  • Yes, I offer a 30-day service guarantee. If the same issue reoccurs within that time, I’ll resolve it free of charge.

  • I accept cash, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, and all major credit cards.

    I do not accept tips — I believe that delivering excellent service is my responsibility, not something that should require extra payment. Your satisfaction is more than enough.
